Our Festival Committee and VisionWorks, LLC
are busy planning for
the

2011 Crestwood Festival

2011 Festival ….. Our Project Committee is meeting with VisionWorks to develop how the Festival will be structured.  Pictured at a recent meeting are Lions Kinser and Temple. The Festival is a “big job”, requiring a lot of planning and help to make it work.

Lion Koss reported that both VisionWorks and our Committee continue working hard to develop this year’s Festival plan and at this time it is projected our Club could reach our goals for the festival.

Oldham County Facts

Oldham County, the 74th Kentucky county formed in December 1823, was named for Colonel William Oldham, a Revolutionary War officer from Jefferson County.  Oldham County, largely rural, is located in north central Kentucky, part of the outer bluegrass region, along the Ohio River.  Oldham county has a land area of 189 square miles, with cities - La Grange, Crestwood, Goshen, Pewee Valley, Ballardsville, Buckner, River Bluff, Park Lake, and Orchard Grass Hills.  La Grange was established as the county seat in 1838.
