Our Project Committee is meeting with Vision Lion Koss reported that both VisionWorks and our Committee continue working hard to develop this year’s Festival plan and at this time it is projected our Club could reach our goals for the festival. Support Our Troops! Oldham County Facts Oldham County, the 74th Kentucky county formed in December 1823, was named for Colonel William Oldham, a Revolutionary War officer from Jefferson County. Oldham County, largely rural, is located in north central Kentucky, part of the outer bluegrass region, along the Ohio River. Oldham county has a land area of 189 square miles, with cities - La Grange, Crestwood, Goshen, Pewee Valley, Ballardsville, Buckner, River Bluff, Park Lake, and Orchard Grass Hills.
