2011 Oldham County Day Parade
On July 16th the South Oldham Lions Club marched in the annual OCD Parade.
Lions Dale Ballard, Dick Beard, Richard Ioos and Gary Keibler are ready to go! They are going to pass out flyers for our Crestwood Festival on September 9th and 10th.
Nice vehicle! Thanks go to Fred Becker for allowing us to use his antique truck once again. He was very generous to drive us in the parade. Past President Lion Major Wheat rides while current President Tom Price gets to walk. Doesn't seem right, does it!! Also riding is Lion George Durik.
Coaches Vince Tinebra & Trent Price with the South Oldham Little League are carrying our banner while the player pass out candy. The players are Franklin Price, Vincent Tinebra Jr, and Lincoln Price. If you look hard you'll as see our President in there , too.

Another picture of Coaches Vince Tinebra & Trent Price carrying our banner that is displayed on the fence at the Harold Baker Field at Peggy Baker Park. The club is sponsoring 4 teams this year. The players who helped pass out candy are Vincent Tinebra Jr in the blue T-shirt and Franklin Price in yellow & Lincoln Price in the red. Franklin and Lincoln are the grandsons of our president Lion Tom Price. Also notice the banner on the antique truck. It's advertising our
