2011 Festival Introduction

2011 Crestwood Festival Presented By South Oldham Lions Club

September 9-10, 2011 - The Maples

The South Oldham Lions Club has been and will continue to be a leader in promoting improvements in South Oldham through their ongoing commitment to serve the needs of the South Oldham Community.

From a county festival to barbecue cook offs, the festival has been a favorite fall event for the community and is the primary fundraiser for the Club.

The event has been held in various locations from the North Oldham Lions Club property in Goshen to the Oldham County Fairgrounds to Crestwood.

2011 will see the event returning to the Maples property on Highway 22 where it has been staged for the last 2 years.

Friday September 9:  Evening entertainment and food only.  Saturday September 10:  Full festival activities

Thank you for taking the time necessary to consider an arts and crafts booth in the 2011 Crestwood Festival Presented by South Oldham Lions Club.  The 2011 event committee has revitalized initiatives for the overall festival and we are on course to bring new features and enhanced offerings to the community allowing our festival to rival all others within the region.

The event will feature great food, family entertainment, including live music, Arts and Crafts, business vendors, children’s activities and much more. You can be a part of this year’s event and help the South Oldham Lions Club reach its’ ultimate goal of improving the eyesight of Kentuckians through the Lions Eye Foundation and KidSight, by providing Automated Electronic Defibrillators (AED) to local schools, and sponsoring other charitable projects. In addition to the increased activities this year, we have expanded our publicity efforts to reach everyone in the surrounding areas and anticipate a great crowd."

The awareness, branding and community giving as a participant of our event are cost effective advertising for you and will demonstrate your participation as a benefactor for worthy charitable causes.

Please review the information concerning the 2011 event on the website at www.southoldhamlions.org and complete the appropriate printable form on the website.  Upon completion, return via mail the form along with your payment to the event producers,.
