In addition Camp
Crescendo continues to provide a location for
Band Camp. Over 40 years ago the property was developed as a band
camp and is still a way for the Lions to raise money to support the camps above.
Volunteers have come all the way from Texas to have fun serving the band campers. On Monday July 25th, Lion President Tom Price took this picture of his grand-daughter and her husband serving breakfast and lunch. Lion Tom's grand-daughter was visiting from Texas. Thanks for your service!

Because of the important mission of Camp Crescendo our club will continue to support their efforts to serve the disadvantaged in our communities. With the help of VisionWorks LLC we are currently planning a festival in Crestwood for Sept 9th and 10th on the the Maples property on Hwy 22 just west of Dairy Queen. We are going to use money made at our Crestwood Festival to help keep Lions Camp Crescendo available to local disadvantaged youth. Help us reach our goal by supporting our Crestwood Festival!
