ZERO Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy
SOLC is an outstanding referral-based networking business with great
products, and quality services. SOLC understands and is
supportive of the need to advertise and market our Products and
Services. We support and encourage the use of creative and
productive methods of marketing your business and will not dictate
the way our products and services are used or promoted as long as
they are not used with mass Unsolicited Commercial Email messages
and Bulk E-mail (SPAM). SPAMMING includes, but is not limited
to unsolicited email to someone unknown to the sender, bulk e-mail,
posting commercial ads in newsgroups and cross posting to classified
ad services. SPAM only detracts from and is invariably
detrimental to our Objective, Mission and a violation of our
Professional Code of Ethics while tarnishing the image of our
company and the Member sending the SPAM. Sending SPAM is a
violation of this ZERO Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy.
SOLC prohibits using its name, logo or any link to this Website, or
the contents herein in any SPAM to promote any of our Products,
Services and/or Marketing Plan or the Products and Services of an
Member. SOLC and this Website have instituted this policy
against the sending of SPAM to protect our business and that of our
Members. This policy applies to all Members and/or Users using
email to advertise and promote their business.
Any complaint from a User or Customer that a Member and/or User is
using an autoresponder, directly, or indirectly, to send SPAM
messages will be investigated and appropriated action taken to
include termination, legal action, and/or fines being imposed.
SOLC will terminate the relationship with any Member and/or User
that engages in the sending of SPAM with any reference to SOLC or
this Website. SPAM is the theft of service, a waste of

Privacy Policy
To avoid misunderstandings and misrepresentations SOLC requires that
all Members and/or Users provide valid, correct and accurate
personal information. Valid information is required for Member
tracking, profession placement, territories maintenance, business
operations and to receive referrals, refunds, rebates, or product
information when and if, appropriate. SOLC, because of our
commitment to protect Member and/or User privacy, will not
distribute, sell or rent personal information to any third party.
SOLC may share non-personal, non-individual information in aggregate
form with marketing partners for research purposes. Marketing
partners will learn how many customers purchased a specific product
but not the identities of the User who made the purchases.
SOLC may in the course of doing business create mailing lists.
We will only allow “opt-in” emails addresses or Users accounts for
any mailing list we create. Members and/or Users can “opt-out”
at any time by notifying SOLC via
unsubscribe@southoldhamlions.org. Any refunds due will be
returned on refundable purchased services. Any products
purchased via SOLC from Members will be returned to that Members or
the vendor as published in the return policy. Account
information will be stored in an inactive account and once inactive
User will not be contacted by SOLC for any reason other than
required by a court order, law or legal process.
